Maybe you're right, but I don't recall it. In fact, in an April 2018 press release, Teresa was quoted as saying, "We are certain this can be achieved without a reverse stock split as we believe the added value of this, and future acquisitions will strengthen investor confidence”.

November 2018 "Q & A" answer to "Is there a reverse split in the plans?" was "No. That question has been answered repeatedly."

The 2500:1 split was in 2015, so that leaves 2016 and 2017 and a quick google search unearths no mention of reverse splits in those years.
