I can break it down for you, but here's a lovely red flag.

We are blinded to the Phase 3 study results.



I can't believe a CEO would tell shareholders the stock is being attacked by shorts. This is what CEO's from scam penny stocks tell people. If the company had results, the stock price would go up.

Just my opinion, of course.
