Hi Husk,
I had the same problem with my Schwab IRA, T+3 Reg.,If you buy a stock with unsettled fund, you have to wait for the settled fund before you can "Sell". So if you sell QID on Monday and buy QLD with unsettled fund, you are not allow to sell until Thursday open. What I've been doing is sell at EOD instead of NDO, so the fund is available 1 day earlier. And if the fund is available on Thursday, you can take the Wed. trade(Tuesday EOD signal), Because the soonest signal change is Wed. EOD and can be execute on Thurs' NDO. Alfred
