Judge dismissed all of YRIV's complaint against Hindenburg Research et. al.

Basically every assertion HR made they clearly characterized as "opinion" or "strong opinion". Enough due diligence on their part, and no defamation. Case dismissed.
It was kind of a cult stock, and based on the posts on Stocktwits, a lot of money just went down the tubes.
