AHIX was all "No RS! No RS!" until suddenly, in the Q3, there appeared this subsequent note:

On October 3, 2019, by unanimous vote, of the Board of Directors approved a recapitalization plan for the purpose of facilitating the completion of a Private Placement and Loan commitment in order to consummate its planned acquisitions. The recapitalization plan includes a reverse stock split and a decrease in the authorized common and preferred stock from 7.5 billion to 1.0 billion.

As far as I know, AHIX has neither cancelled nor executed this RS, although the reduction of shares still appears in Nevada, albeit garbled.
