All I can say is what I observed, 200-300K or more traded every day for more than a month.

Doesn't really suggest a float of 12 million.

The stock never traded for almost 10 years except for a pump a year or 2 ago that lead nowhere. Then a long pump up to 60 cents, apparently by a boiler room (didn't know people still got sucked into those).

That's the extent of what I know, or think I know. I could be wrong
