I will not give up until the lawsuit is completely finished and the payout is done, then we will move fwd. that is my opinion only. 320 million in NOLS are not going to sit there and rot. its worth 60 to 100 million in cash to aquire the shell. Its a no brainer to acquire this shell for LCY. NOLS, share swap, 363.. it just makes sense to me to do this deal. The secured creditors can make what ever deal they want, if they took less, then so be it. I would have wanted the whole plant, but they did not. If you took the deal, then write the debt off and lets move on, don't try and stick it to the shell because you took a deal. If I take a deal on a debt, I don't get to attached the difference to some entity. Everything is backwards here. its a 200 million dollar swing for LCY.. no wonder they are keeping their mouth shut...... buy the fkn shell and you can move the fck on with no one on your azz about it. we don't need big money.. pay us anything and we would take it. we just want to live on with new shares of the new company.
