gers.. Maybe the important issues as far as Gers is concerned, but what makes most research incomplete and even irrelevant, is the fact that we can't see what the opponents have up their sleeves, what they have done, and how strong a case they made in the JUDGES' eyes! I am surprised that that issue was not regarded enough? All that work and what do we have: "Another day working and deeper in Debt," so to speak?

From what I've seen, Gers's case should have been won, if in fact they lost already as posted by a couple of the prolific GERS' prognosticators, that is if everything happened exactly as Gers brought forward? In the end, it isn't intentions that are very important in the Court's mind, but the actual events, as inadvertent as they may have been, if they were damaging to the Defendant's causes at all, Gers will be found guilty, as every Company has to be "Perfect," in the Law's eyes as the so called "Expert" Lawyers who are standing behind them (Gers,) are thought to be proficient enough in Business law to make the right decisions, but often ARE NOT on target, and arrive at their own set of top priorities that miss the important points, and screw-up the cases all by themselves sometimes? Just hypothetical on my part of course!

So what Gers and lawyers seemed to "Think," is that they were in the right all along and no defense could outstrip what they have known to be the facts, and did not seem to look strongly enough for "Holes" that could make the difference to the detriment of Gers!

One big mistake can lead to the downfall of a Co' like Gers, even though the facts seem to clearly show that "Trade" practices were shown to be followed properly by Gers? They might not have any EVIL intentions guiding them, but the actual event(s) themselves might be damaging to the defendants, and using the "Error" theme has no place in the court of Law, even though Gers sternly held to the fact that they did everything right?

So, in the end, research cannot uncover all the facts, especially when viewed from the other side, as What the Defendants relied upon was strong enough to possibly throw-out all of Gers' claims...which we don't seem to have paid enough attention to? Who could foresee all that stuff? IMO of course....
