I am almost done with the STRUCTURAL PROBLEMs OF THE CORPORATION. I ADMIT THIS PROBLEM IN ACCR - I HAVE ALWAYS DISCLOSED THIS......THIS PROJECT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PLAN and CLEANING UP OTC MARKETS....this takes lots of time - LONG TERM.

I will be done totally in probably 2 YEARS. We'll see. This is why I am long term, and do not care about DAILY STOCK PRICE - NO NEED, as I am total MARKET NEUTRAL in OPINION on ACCR daily stock price. Does it suck that we are at $.003 with a valuation of $700,000........it sucks. Every CEO wants their share price up, and so do I. This is the way I will fix it....I WILL TURN ON SALES SOON.

JUST KEEP TRUSTING IN ME.....we could one day wake up with a daily price of $.25 a QUARTER or more, if I REACH A DEAL.

I AM TRYING TO REACH A DEAL.

Guys and gals.......the MMs should decide to raise the BIDs. Volume in our Company stock would be incredible when we see a BUYER for 50,000,000 ACCR at a time. It's only about $250,000.00 at this level. No biggie......just stay tuned.....remember DAILY MARKET NEUTRAL!


All my common is restricted....131,128,500 shares....so take that out plus another 15,000,000 restricted by the Company already - remember we have 145,000,000 total restricted...brings down the trading float to
98mln.....but listen, I strongly believe that I have a MARKET SHORT that is active!

Would be interesting WHICH MM is moving my stock.....I can find out WHO IS TRADING MY STOCK! Maybe we will have a 10,000,000 volume share day. BRING ON THE VOLUME!!!!!!!!
