I spoke to my contact attorney at the SEC Dic of Corp Fin, and he ASSURED ME THAT if everything for the FORM 10 is filed correctly, and the AUDITED FINANCIALs are there ----> THE SEC ASSURED ME 10 TIMES THAT ACCR IF THE FORM 10 IS PASSED, and APPROVED BY THE COMMISSION.----> the SEC didn't say it was approved---> the SEC said to me that IF IT IS APPROVED.....

ACCR WILL BE FULLY CURRENT REGISTERED.



......that ONLY THEN will ACCR become FULLY CURRENT REGISTERED.

From there, I am open to do a NAME CHANGE and then a SYMBOL CHANGE. I am open to another REVERSE MERGER!

We just need to FILE a FORM 10 and AUDITED FINANCIALS for 2018 and 2019 - working on it!

ACCR is SEC REPORTING COMPANY -I CONFIRMED IT WITH THE ATTORNEY FROM THE CORP SECT FINANCE!!!!!

I do not want to listen to this whining anymore! ACCR is a current REPORTING COMPANY! We have a float of less than 98,246,146 shares. ACCR has a future plan to buy back TREASURY STOCK and cancel the common stock and put this into common. Of course, we are ACTIVELY SEARCHING for funds to buy our land and permits and zones areas.....I AM THE MASTER GROWER TOO.



He (THE SEC) called me yesterday, returning my call......because I had a QUESTION on ACCR and a FORM 10 - not to issue NEW STOCK...NO! This was to get FULLY REGISTERED by the SEC!

We have such knowledge on growing and gardening....I am pretty good at breaking ......ooopos, NEVERMIND...just know that I am MARKET NEUTRAL. ALL I WANT TO PRODUCE IS SALES. SALES DEPARTMENT is CLOSED TODAY, but one it it will OPEN....soon.

BACK TO THE ACCR SEC STRUCTURE....When the SEC completes our registration---> WE HAVE MUCH RISK TO GET THERE.....then the SEC said once the FORM 10 is COMPLETE, then FINRA and OTC MARKETS will confirm that ACCR is CURRENT REGISTERED and CURRENT REPORTING!

I received a PCAOB quote for $20,000.00 for 2018 and 2019 audit....$10,000 for each year----> from a PCAOB accountant like BDO.

I AM ALLOWED TO PREDICT HOW LOUD DA SHORT ROASTED PIG WILL SQUEAL!!!!!, because I am market neutral. But seriously guys....and MARKET MAKERs listening....if PATRICK the SECURITIES GENIUS STRUCTURE.....has the blessing from GOD....because this is all for GOD, and my Children, and their Grand Children. I have not SOLD STOCK OR ISSUED STOCK in over 18 years! Rock solid steel TRUTH!.

I have buy only a BUYER OF ACCR STOCK OVER THE last 20 years or go. When I was a buyer in the 1990's/2000s/and 2010/ where where all of my Shareholders then? 20 years a BUYER of this Company. I love ACCR. I do. I will love it even more if some BELIEVEs in my invention. I believe my invention is worth $15,000,000.00 - I filed it in SEC filings, and that is my GOAL......All it takes is money. Money will solve everything. Money back in my management WILL BE RESPONSIBLE, and very ACUTE in my decision making. I will only work my my Shareholders, and right now.....I have 54% of the Voting Common. ACCR ROCKS! The SEC called me back TWICE this week, and we spoke for over 2 times on how to FILE the FORM 10 to re-register the whole Corp back again. I will complete this task and target. DONE! I have to deposit this YEAR when I get it $50,000 or more into the ACCR Target, and then I get the BANK STATEMENTs AUDITED.
