Re 'Castellum Inc' buyout -- Can you post a pointer as proof?

A quick google search turned up an article for me dated Jan 24, 2020:

which says that not only did BioNovelus Inc change its name to Castellum Inc, but:
“The new name better reflects our company’s strategy of acquiring and growing companies in the IW, EW, IT, and cybersecurity space. We also will be announcing soon a new branding partner who will help us increase our company’s awareness globally.”

This slightly newer article, dated Feb 4, 2020:

confirms the above.

Given that the company will focus on IW (Information Warfare), EW (Electronic Warfare), IT (Information Technology) and "cybersecurity space", it seems highly unlikely that it would buyout or otherwise partner with a fast food company like WCVC.
