Example cusip is suspended
Example Visolis gave $4.3 in an upfront payment.

Everything else , even if it happens to be right later , is just opinion

Example: cusip is suspended because good things are coming or because it’s empty debt ridden corn sludge shell.

Example: it was an upfront payment (read deposit) or its the whole sum with nothing more coming ever.
