Not sure how much real profit it here. The revenue is from housing builds and margins for a small builder are not what they are for the larger players.

However there is a legitimate attempt here to build a business.

The stock is probably overvalued based on the share count and the home builder asset but it seems the home builder is being used to achieve other goals which I am more interested about.

I hold pile of this since the Billy Robinson oil failure which occurred at the heights of oil prices ??

Waiting for some more developments before I start selling. I would be thrilled with 3 cents but don’t see that but too early to be certain. Might as well see what happens next.
