it only takes one. a fanboy group isn't anymore effective. it's not the group you need, it's convincing an attorney to take on a group. once and if a class is started anyone can join at any time. hell, they never have to join. if a judgement were ever awarded to shareholders any shareholder who was a shareholder during the class period would be entitled to a portion of the settlement.
