According to my phone call with TDA.

The Press Releases stating the "completed its due diligence in connection with the acquisition of" is equal to the contractual agreements. An associate that uses E Trade called yesterday and was told the same thing. If that is in fact true, we may be looking at actual filings next. For what it's worth...
