In recent weeks, I've been following a stock closely as I think it could be ready for a potential breakout from undervalued territory.
At this very moment, it is trading towards the bottom of a 3-month channel and I think it could spike vertically in the short-term because of its low float.
And, when I saw "low float," I mean it. The OTC Markets' website reports this stock to have under 1.5Mn shares in its float.
Speaking of low floats, my most recent stock profile, CETX, was able to soar from Friday's close of $1.39 to Monday's high of $2.05 (approximately 47% overall).
Why did that happen? Mostly because of positive company news, but it didn't hurt that the stock has a float under 5Mn shares. Because of that, volatility was able to reign supreme and allow for that short-term surge.
