His comments were that it was a lot of work (no doubt, but if i heard him correctly) he said that they were also working on getting patients into the basket trial “trying to save lives” making that more important then the BLA. Well of course when you put it that way you make the shareholders who want to hold you accountable to what you said look like they are uncaring or heartless if they have an issue because why would anyone not want to save lives.

You could also theoretically spin the ball the other way around and ask Nader why he does not prioritize the lives of the very sick HIV patients which would/ could be saved by Lero when the whole BLA application would be finished earlier. As he told us you could speed up the process by throwing big bucks at the companies which process our data.
So his BLA delay narrative/ excuse is flawed in my opinion.

He should finally shut up about the BLA date and only make an announcement when he managed to do his job (get the f**ing BLA over the last inch of the finish line).
