I GOT ALL THESE STRUCTURAL STEPS COVERED!!!!! My goal is to be PROFIT DRIVEN, and maybe sell the Corporation Shell.......with SEC CLEAN reporting rights.....SEC is here to help me....

What a great personality, and the STAFF AT THE SEC is so friendly - my communication just now with the SEC was THANK YOU. Listen, I then asked him about LOWERING THE AUTHORIZED SHARES TO 300,000,000 and he said that would would BE FINE!!!!!! - EXCUSE ME, he didn't say we would be fine, in that context, COME ON STOP IT!!!

He wants to help with ANY QUESTIONS, not file the FORM 10 for me....NO WAY....I will file the FORM 10 by myself, and.......

ACCR will be CURRENT REGISTERED and CURRENT reporting.......and that is SQUEAKY CLEAN.....to clean AS 10,000,000,000 and 244,144,121 shares - that is only 2.5% of the NEW STRUCTURE....2.5% of $50,000,000 deal is equal to
