So many justifiable lawsuits result in nothing to those that trade in Pinkyland. Kind of expected since most of those companies have NOTHING but a pile of paper shares left...each one worth NOTHING. ANY lawsuit that pursues the desire to squeeze blood from a rock do not understand the term 'risk' for buying shares in the first place. Any success at drawing blood is eaten up by lawyer fees in the end...The plaintiffs won't even get back what they paid in to get their lawyers to begin with.

So, what is the purpose?
