There was a reason Berend only took preferred shares. When this happens, the OS is diluted like crazy, a reverse split happens and they are not effected at all with their preferred. This was obvious months ago and is exactly what is happening.
This is NOT MM manipulation, it is purely a company diluting and killing the share price all while they are not impacted at all with their preferred shares.
