Considering the CEO of GMGI has (like most CEOs) a big bundle of shares, what possible benefit would an R/S serve? What motivation would there be? This talk of an RS is pure nonsense! GMGI only needs to rise above a penny to file for a Tier upgrade, that will occur soon enough. That action will put more money in his pockets (and ours) than any other possible move. Also, what possible motivation does a non-shareholder have to complain about? Curious.
