While I would like to see some of the things that some of
the prior posters here have proferred, I don't think a great
deal of those thoughts are likely. I have a problem offering
up a great deal of conjecture, since I haven't had any greater
track record in getting this right as anyone else. These are
just feelings based in getting my ass handed to me a couple of
time now. 1. I do not believe there will be an injunction.
2. I do not believe the news on appeal will be quick
3. I don't believe there will be a settlement.
4. I do believe there will be a partner-European.
5. This will have no negative effect on INSM in
Europe, Asia, or the middle East.
6. There will be a bevy of good news in 1 q07
relating to trials, and indications.
7. INSM will not be INSM at the end of 2007.
