Cheap share only last a few more days. The latest is by next week. current o/s 840M only 160M lelf. Last month they dump 130M and this month should be a lot more. Clearly the management in no rush to announce anything yet. This is the game they play they will wait until the last drop in the bucket then announce the vote. If they do this they could save 2 months of heavy dumping that could lead to billion more share in damage. Of Course all this is my humble opinion.
