The patent was sold to LCYB. They own it. It is on page 89 in the 6th monitor’s report, and when they choose to put their name on it is up to them.
BioAmber is completely out of business. Nobody works for that company whatsoever. It only exists on paper. It has no cash, all of it was distributed to the secured creditors who got that small, partial recovery noted in the court documents.
Why is it that the court documents are considered to be false? Why would they be?
