WHY? I apologize to you too.....I am sorry. I am going to RAISE SOME CASH TODAY!!!!!

https://www.sec.gov/reportspubs/investor-publications/investorpubsmicrocapstockhtm.html

"Which Companies Don't Have to File Reports With the SEC?
Smaller companies - those with less than $10 million in assets, or fewer than 2,000 shareholders of record - generally do not have to file reports with the SEC. But some smaller companies, including microcap companies, may choose voluntarily to file reports with the SEC. As described above, companies that register with the SEC must also file quarterly, annual, and other reports.

I have read all the SEC RULES TODAY in order to raise CASH for the Company."

Maybe...I don't know. Again, Sir...I apologize to you. Long Live ACCR!!!!!!! We have had MARKET MAKERS trading our stock and MAKING VOLUME on thus making MONEY in ACCR!

I learned in my life that VOLUME with MMs is a good thing. VERY GOOD!!!!!!

II have NO STOCK PRICE COMMENT - I AM MARKET NEUTRAL!!!!

MORE VOLUME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I can manage to sneak and REVERSE --------> A REVERSE MERGE!!!!!!

LOTs of CHINESE COMPANIES LOOKING TODAY TO INVEST THEIR SOLD YUAN INTO US DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now listen please, I am not implying anything in ACCR-----> no price comment from me---> only what you read in SEC FILINGS, because I am not breaking the law.

ACCR voluntary FILES with the SEC!

I am working very hard today to get ACCR CURRENT REGISTERED, and they told me what to do to fix the problem. I hope $50,000,000 comes and wants into ACCR. We are going to be structurally clean.

BRING ON a 50,000,000 share day in ACCR or EVEN 100,000,000 share day TODAY on a fixed volume stock. IMPOSSIBLE to fully own, because I bought $600,000 ACCR over the years, and I am not selling my 54%.
