Who sells equipment on credit....not companies making ZERO CASH.



They did not even get that. They got a letter of credit with terms most certainly they will never meet. In other words, they gave the reactors away on shareholder dime. Evidently for the exclusive purpose of making it appear the deal was moving forward. Shareholders funded a ruse upon themselves.
