"Seriously what are they going to do." Again, sorry but I don't give investment advice. For what it's worth, I'm done buying now...just holding for long term which is typically 3-5 years for me.

Why? I believe nicotine is addictive and XXII has 200 patents on technology that blocks the nicotine created in the roots from reaching the leaves of the tobacco plant.

This is even better than decaf coffee where they use dangerous chemicals to remove the caffeine from the coffee bean. This leaves the coffee with low aroma and effects the taste in a negative way too.

1% of the market makes XXII price much higher than it is now. I believe that can be achieved. Time will tell.
