Although XU jumped ship for a more convenient ride the last time, he did the right thing by not sneaking the word out. He knows the rules and would certainly lose ALL credibility if he were ever to get caught advancing insider info....so I expect he’ll be equally as cautious this time. If CD is not resolved, he may choose to not sell this ticker to anyone to save the hassle and risk of resolution time disrupting the deal again..... No, I think he’ll wait till resolved AND has a deal before we hear. Maybe he has it resolved? Just speculation for now. I hope he does but it would be a shame to pay off Brimmer to do a deal.....the guy is a shyster and should be made to pay...jmo
