What do we know so far.

Activision put all its eggs in Judge Casper - Fail
Casper says it all may be legit lets see what USPTO says - We Win
USPTO Corrects Scribner issues - Win
USPTO May extend time - Awaiting
Bungie Brings PTAB Death squad in, They lose we win 6 claims
Worlds Challenges USPTO to CAFC - We win, they lose
During CAFC/PTAB/USPTO bungie states " negotiations"
Back to Boston DC, Acti wants to delay more - awaiting

Casper is not stupid, she was shocked when she got docket back on
her scheduling desk.

After surviving everything all these years i believe the following:

1- Casper will set a pretrial teleconference
2- Based on call there will be a date set for trial as all
Experts, PTAB, USPTO, Bungie, CAFC All have ruled on.
3- Bungie will be the first to settle as they were trying already
and that was before it all went 100% south
4- We will not know about it but - Judge has to say to activision attorneys ummm.. boys you want to talk here, do you really want to go to a jury trial with this little company winning at EVERY stage and thats they will prove per the USPTO/PTAB that you colluded with Bungie to thry to sink this company, plus they during that time they had to take on toxic funding, dilute share holders worth
and lose money fighting this?

I do not care who you are, but if you saw this as a juror, what would you do.
