What is there really left to say about this obvious reverse merger scam? It's pretty obvious GIFX continues to pull the exact same bullshit they did in the past; creating fake subsidiaries and photoshopping images onto assets that don't actually belong to them.

What does it say about a company when the only possible good news they released in the last PR is about successfully acquiring a new subsidiary (GIFA Petroleum), and the very next thing you find is "GIFA PETROLEUM" photoshopped on a totally different company's boat?
