$ACCR....I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with my PERSONAL ATTORNEY at the SEC who has been assigned to my case. He said,,,you deal with me, and I will help you and your FORM 10.

I spoke some history on myself, with an introduction.

THE SEC TOLD ME I NEED A FORM 10, and AUDITED FINANCIALS.

He said you file those 2 documents, and ACCR will be fully REGISTERED WITH THE SEC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We talked about business economic cycles, and he was compassion. He was EMPATHETIC!!! ACCR has their own dedicated SEC ATTORNEY to help us get back.

He told me CONTACT HIM at 202-551-xxxx.

Access-Power, Inc....is GOLDEN to file a FORM 10. I asked him....Sir, what if I don't have audited financials, then he said the FORM 10 would not be in compliance. We talked about hiring a BDO who is PCAOB in Grand Rapids, MI.....and he SAID YES!!!

You get SEC AUDITED FINANCIAL and that PCAOB letter, and you will be FINE!! He REASSURED ME like 3 TIMES!

We just spoke for 20 minutes!!!!!!
