Yep, I thought I read the same thing. That Ezra was planning an IPO had all the paperwork done with a price of $10/share but the cost was huge and a lot longer time so they instead went shopping for a "clean" shell to acquire and that ending up being EOMN - it was faster and cheaper way to a public company.
