Time fer class in session. Read much? Questions be answered before when said where nothing reported in 10-Q and 10-k where offset cost applied. Total sum offset = $0.
For those not versed in cryptic tongue.
This question has been answered before. If the revenue can not be claimed on the 10-Q or 10-K as revenue, but as an credit against costs, then the company would enter in a line item stating the amount of money that was generated (i.e. amount of gold sold) as a deduction of costs.
Were there any entries in the 10-q showing that a credit had been applied against costs? No.
The company can still demonstrate gold sales in the financials without claiming it as revenue. The company has not done this. Ergo - no gold sales have been proven to have occurred despite repeated claims from the company.
If gold sales have been made, and there has been no accounting for those gold sales in the financials (either as revenue or reduction in costs), that would open up a Mexus to a whole other legal issue.
What's the company's preference? Continue to claim gold sales, but face legal risks for not properly disclosing where the funds for those sales went, or admit there have not been any gold sales made yet?
Class dismissed.
