That segment you posted from that particular PR was for the acquisition of properties owned via JOINT VENTURE. So of course they have to provide compensation in some form to the
other equity holder.

Please try to provide context in future posts. Or try understanding the context of the situation yourself before posting such things. This is very similar to you coming in over 7,000 units shy of how many MF units you counted on the private company website.
