More BS from Gifa. The problem is, when you set a precedent like they have done, dangle the prospect of great news or posting financials, only to admit they have not completed the reverse merger because they have no money, well, that kind of kills any trust in any process that Gifa claims. It also kills the perception that Gifa is a conglomerate. I think at this point nothing is going to happen now without financials, but even if financials are posted I bet they will be far from stellar, and rather disappointing. So, lose lose.
