Sometimes its lack of liquidity that limits some stocks, ppl might shy away from something that might be more difficult to trade without crazy hugh spreads, jmo, but i imagine both will be run very nicely at these low levels...once again I only pointed this out cause ppl kept saying it should be trading much higher...not necessary a sure thing:)
