So from the little information I was able to gather, this company started out as a snack food distributor (PureSnax) that went out of business and then got into the telecommunications industry. It went public on June 23rd of 2015 and closed at $4788/share then a year later peaked at over $15K/share before tumbling all the way down to a recent low of .04 cents a share. The company has never been profitable and to say the stock has been volatile is an understatement. For those who keep bringing up P/E ratios, it has none. You have to have net income first. This seems to be a typical pink sheet pump and dump scam. Buyer beware.
