You sure have to know a whole lot about dead companies and the DTCC, electronic equity entitlements, dark pools, company owners that are nothing more than aliases, fake shares, cusip numbers for dead and gone companies, 3% dividends from a company that died 10 years ago, reverse splits, how to multiply by .0001, cellar boxing, the damn fool short report that never wind up on the bi-monthly, the motivations of anyone who would short a non-bid stock very few have ever heard about.....
