Anyone that can read a financial statement can see that this company is bleeding badly and basically bankrupt.. they have to raise money to get through the next couple of months..revenues are dropping and costs are going up expecially G&A..only people that are getting fat is management with their stock options, exorbitant salaries and benefits while shareholders are holding the bag.. they have capitalized all these intangible costs, goodwill, patents, intellectual secrets to hide the real truth that shareholders equity in the hole by at least 30 millions.
