I finally found in the filings what we have all been looking for, I knew the language to explain the situation had to be in their somewhere just had to find it. I regards to the partnership/being a licesning agent to expand the Llama Llama book franchise, which is in laymans terms reffered to by the general public a book series.

I found it in the 10K for year ending 2015 in the Overview section.

"In addition to the Company’s wholly-owned brands, it also acts as licensing agent for certain brands, leveraging its existing licensing infrastructure to expand these brands into new product categories, new retailers, and new territories. These include the best-selling children’s book series, Llama Llama (for which the Company is also producing an original series) Psycho Bunny, a luxury apparel line; From Frank, a humor greeting card and product line; and Celessence Technologies, the world's leading microencapsulation company."

I also found an article that explains book franchises and their expansions and why both authors/publishers/rights owners want to expand their book franchise and if they can do the unthinkable build it into a mega franchise globally.

https://www.listchallenges.com/best-book-franchise

A book franchise is just that a book franchise many have no licensed products, movies, no anything just the books. Plain and simple.

In the article it states the authors reasoning, authors sure they want to make money and be succesful, everyone does, that goes without saying. But authors they are a different breed they write because they want tell a story (their story it personal to them) or in Ms. Dewdney's case she had a desire about kids and reading and getting more kids to learn read, she stated exactly that from the start.

""I'm excited to build a new partnership with Genius Brands and Penguin Young Readers! Though this collaboration, young fans will have the opportunity to interact with the world of Llama Llama in a multitude of new and exciting ways," said Ms. Dewdney. "My main goal is to encourage more children to learn to read, and by providing them with a larger and more diverse Llama Llama universe, I believe we will accomplish that goal."

Like I said if the books were not the main goal for everyone and the printing/selling of more books worldwide I would never have been here. First it isn't worth it, what Genius was doing takes years, its like a bio tech and they need the big windfall, not just in licensed merchandise, DVD's etc. but also the books themselves the franchise/series.

The article also has some other things that people should pay attention to and I will leave it at that. Okay now we all get 100% hopefully, I always did and now with what I found in that first 10K and the article all do for sure. Many here have got no clue just what they have and what is going to happen over the next 9-12 months and indeed next 2-3 years, it is getting Llama Llama is indeed becoming a classic mega book franchise.

Now the thing I missed and many here did too, we have all wondered well how fast are the sales increasing just how big is this thing becoming (Llama Llama franchise) how fast are those books selling. Wanting to know how many books are in print now so we can see how fast the sales are growing.

The being the #1 title of all book tiltes in every genre last week gave a little clue, the one title of the franchise an old title at that selling 31,157 copies in a week and in the first 7 weeks of 2020 74,659 was telling. The millions of DVD's that just sold to libraries in the last 2 months did becuase if they are buying millions of DVD's they are buying millions of books.

But that big number, the total, well I found something we all missed, granted it is from 5 months ago but it still shows the growth to that point.

I think I and many others missed this next one as it was right after the Netflix, Nickelodeon Kellogg's Cereal promotion part, it kind of got lost in the shuffle.

"Concurrent with Rainbow Rangers on Nickelodeon, our other tentpole series Llama Llama on Netflix, is now entering the retail consumer product marketplace with broad promotional and licensing activities. Llama Llama recently appeared on 80 million box tops of Kellogg’s Fruit Loops, Kellogg’s Raisin Bran and Kellogg’s kid snacks.

The most recent Llama Llama book from Penguin Publishing debuted on the New York Times kids best seller list at #5 with a total already of over """"30 million Llama Llama books in print."""

Partnership has been good.

February 19, 2015 partnership deal done 9.4 million books in print 10 years after NY Times best seller Llama Llama Red Pajama.

September 7, 2016 Ms. Dewdney's obituary stated 10 million books in print 17 months later.

Jan. 25, 2018 PR announcing launch of licensed retail merchandise for late 2018 20 million books in print worldwide. After promotion for Llama Llama series cranked up in 2017 especially the later quarters. Must say here a little bit of these sales may be inflated as Ms. Dewdney's passing more than likely led to a spike in sales by 1-2 million books or so.

October 15, 2019 shareholder letter 30 million books in print worldwide. https://www.gnusbrands.com/news-media/press-releases/detail/1044/genius-brands-international-issues-shareholder-letter

Now here we are 4 months later with an old title at the top of the best sellers list, the number #1 selling book on Publishers Weekly list, that just doesn't happen, an old title going number #1 needle in a haystack deal there.

You just have no idea what you got.................soon you will.

CEO estimated $9.4 mil in 2019 people laughed at that, we are gonna beat it.

2020 $50 million it will be a reality too. LLama Llama, Rainbow Rangers and Superhero Kindergarten, Psycho Bunny forget about it.

Enjoy your Sunday, you deserve it.

Peace out.
