Was that lease signed less than 6 months ago ? If so, the owners of Energy Center 5 will find out they too have nothing during the bankruptcy proceeding. Chill out, this is going to get uglier. Shame on the executives running this company. It is hard to see how all of this was not planned and executed over many months, we’ll over a year. And then the executives get rewarded for their poor choices.
