Wrong.. Form 15 is based on prior year revenues, not current year, when form 15 was approved. 2018 met form 15 guidelines. Apparently, because Form 15 was approved by SEC. If 2019 tweets (Revenue) are true then Form 15 would not qualify for 2020.. At which they would be required to produce financials within 120 days. I read 60 days, but Mikecr said 120. I suggest you read SEC Form 15 guidelines and qualifications.
