Where’s the Super 8k? The SEC needs something to really sink their teeth into. As of now they have filings about change of ownership and a bunch of non binding LOI and a bunch of press releases that say they did due diligence on them. And plenty of advisors that you don’t hear much about after the initial hiring announcement. No real crime there. Even if most of those companies aren’t worth shit at this point.
Bring on the Super 8k with real numbers and contracts and see what happens. Heck they haven’t even dealt with the share structure change that will be needed. But until they know which entity is worth and how to divvy up the shares I doubt you will See much anytime soon.
By that time his shares will be coming off restriction. Lol
