I don't want to burst a bubble as a long, but ND is not as big of a deal as we think. its still important but It is a democratic primary for a mostly republican state. It is also the 3rd least populated state.

But remember the last quarterly report said this about it; "This contract is not material to the Company’s future earnings."

I am just saying their union votes are probably larger than this.
