I believe you are correct. That’s why Kim pushed this rush timeline. He hoped he could time the uplist with the r/s but now that he kicked the ball wide left , he’ll have to go ahead with the R/S to maintain control. It’s coming. Then that will make the drop from .50 cents look like child’s play.

In the meantime , I’m sure he’s lost at least one board member if not all of them. I’d be embarrassed to sit on this board. What a joke.
