Yep , Kim has a loooong history of remaining silent for months and years when he doesn’t want to share bad news with shareholders. Best example is when some gullible/naive shareholders thought he was manufacturing silk and storing metric tons of it in silos for two years between 2013 and 2015. Some shareholders had ASSUMED metric tons were being produced because Kim’s last update at the time about metric tons was that he’d be producing metric tons in 2014. It wasn’t until the end of 2015 that Kim bothered to tell shareholders there was no manufacturing facility , let alone metric tons of silk stored in some secret location lol.

This is how Kim operates: misleading the more gullible of shareholders but legally covered under “forward-looking statements”.
