I suggest you read up on what a Red Herring IPO is and then read the S-1 that was filed at the end of January.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/redherring.asp

The term "red herring" is derived from the bold disclaimer in red on the cover page of the preliminary prospectus. The disclaimer states that a registration statement relating to the securities being offered has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. That is, the information contained in the prospectus is incomplete and may be changed. Thus, the securities may not be sold and offer to buy may not be accepted before the registration statement becomes effective.

Guess what Data443's S-1 has in bold Red lettering at the front portion of the S-1...

PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS SUBJECT TO COMPLETION, DATED [?], 2020

"The information in this preliminary Prospectus is not complete and may be changed. These securities may not be sold until the registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission is effective. This preliminary Prospectus is not an offer to sell these securities and is not soliciting an offer to buy these securities in any state or other jurisdiction where the offer or sale is not permitted."

This is an IPO for an emerging growth company and is permitted under the JOBS Act.

How's that for incorrects? LMAO!

Guess we are waiting for the SEC to approve and make the S-1 effective.
