that sounds great, few reasons I like commons over preferred is the liquidity and also bring on the fact that a clean shell with an X amount of shareholders already in place makes and excellent candidate for r/m companies...most want a good amount of shareholders in place to start the process of moving up

Overall, both preferred and commons will make some good returns once we get updates

Sometimes having too little float might not necessary be helpful...just matter of being not enough liquidity...jmo, Im all for the commons at this point
