Brimmer wanted some $$$ to walk away. Gerpang didn't want to pay, so they moved on to SPOM. But, this share structure and accumulated losses is too sweet to pass up. CinTel most likely jumped on the opportunity! I'm guessing Brimmer has already been paid, CinTel will collect $30 million in accumulated losses, and become a publically traded company in the US for an amazing future ahead!
