Trding, I was determined to get to the bottom of this XLPI/Xcelplus confusion. Here is Bill & my correspondence just now:

If they are separate entities as you were saying this morning can you see why there would be confusion?

Bill: They are separate entities 2003 to 2007 we worked xlpi public.... in 2013 i had a specialty tech company private that found a way to slow down the flame/burn rate of H2... created private Xcelplus to one day make a seamless transition into a pubco.... they were never and or this day not affiliated... confusion not intentional... this was suggested years ago as a way to move the tech into a pubco...
the issue with Xlpi public is the cost to straighten it out...so until i have that way nothing will happen.... as you should be able to see as anyone can see neither company has posted as a press release any news of moving forward, merging or anything especially until a couple of tweaks to the tech are done again private company...
my ASE master mechanic just retired from a major race team and is selling his own dragster... we are working on an unrelated project but he will be the person to engineer the process for engines for us...up until now no one on the planet knew what we private company is doing except for things we have posted except our insiders... again at this moment none of this has any thing to do with xcelplus xlpi...so I can't help what people read into things.

Bill: Some one saw we had a reference to xlpi in the FB page it has been corrected I post nothing related to xcelplus xlpi in that page I dobhave shareholder in that companybthatvfollow it... we had another one FB page that is but I guess they left some old things up cleaning it all up.. so to clarify XLPI the pubcos has nothing to post as news since 2007.

Me: Ok, I guess. I'm still trying to understand how XLPI has Xcelplus International right in it's name (as it's listed and trading), but is a totally different company from the Xcelplus you are working on that is private. Bottom line there are 2 companies that are called Xcelplus, one public and one private?

Bill: Yes right answer there are many companies like this across the world
